ABOUT ENCOMPASS REALM

The Encompass Dance Project Realm Company is a performance-based training program for dedicated dancers who are ready for a higher level of commitment, teamwork, and growth. This team trains and performs as a group throughout the season, focusing on strong technique, clean performance quality, and consistency as a collective unit.

Dancers in this program are expected to show focus, discipline, and a strong work ethic in both rehearsals and classes.

• Training and competing with a like-minded team
• A focus on camaraderie, resilience, and accountability
• Group dances, team-building, and shared achievements
• Two competitions and one convention/competition required

• Consistent attendance at all scheduled classes and rehearsals
• Strong focus during training and corrections
• Participation in all required performances and competitions
• Respect for team structure and rehearsal process

This program is designed for dancers who are ready to take their training seriously and work as part of a committed team.
