About Encompass Monarch:

Designed for dedicated soloists, the Monarch program is ideal for dancers who want a personalized, self-directed competitive experience. 

Dancers train exclusively with Encompass Dance Project and focus solely on solo work.

• The freedom to choose when and where to compete
• Deeper exploration of technique and artistry
• A focus on self-evaluation and growth
• Participation in at least three competitions per season (I select one even for them so we can have the full studio together).
