About Encompass Monarch:

Designed for dedicated soloists, the Monarch program is ideal for dancers who want a personalized, self-directed competitive experience.

Dancers train exclusively with Encompass Dance Project and focus solely on solo work.

The freedom to choose when and where to compete
Deeper exploration of technique and artistry
A focus on self-evaluation and growth
Participation in at least three competitions per season (I select one even for them so we can have the full studio together).

Dancers will be evaluated on technique, performance quality, choreography retention, focus, and overall readiness for Monarch Program.

If you are unable to attend the main audition:

📅 June 13th | 4:00–7:00 PM

Make-up auditions are available for dancers who still wish to be considered for placement in the Monarch Program.
